How are minutes counted?

Minutes count from the moment Relai picks up to the moment the call ends. We bill in 6-second increments, rounded up to the nearest 6 seconds — so a 1-minute-and-4-second call is billed as 1.1 minutes, not 2.

What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?

Relai keeps answering — we never stop your calls. Overage minutes are billed at $0.39/min on Starter and $0.29/min on Growth, added to your next invoice. We'll send you an alert at 80% of your monthly minutes so there are no surprises.

What's included in the $899 setup fee?

Account setup, training Relai on your business (services, hours, FAQs, booking rules), calendar integration, voice tuning, and onboarding support through your first 48 hours. The setup fee is waived if you sign an annual plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep service through the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the term.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are optional and come with two months free plus the setup fee waived.
