These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Relai ("we," "us," "our") and the AI receptionist services we provide to small businesses.
Relai provides AI-powered phone answering and SMS communication services to small businesses. When you call a business that uses Relai, you may interact with our AI receptionist and receive SMS messages related to your inquiry.
When you sign up for Relai and opt in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages from Relai for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box at signup, you authorize Relai to send transactional SMS messages to that number using automated technology. You confirm that the mobile number provided is yours, or that you have the authority to consent on behalf of the account holder.
Message frequency varies based on your business's call volume. Msg & data rates may apply per your carrier's plan. Relai is not responsible for messaging fees charged by your mobile carrier.
To opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any message from Relai. To get help: Reply HELP to any message or email privacy@heyrelai.com.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior twelve months, if any.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet specific requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
